Terms of Service — UnoPim Demo

1. About this demo

This is a free, time-limited (60-minute), shared sandbox of UnoPim, the open-source PIM platform published by Webkul. The demo is intended for evaluation only — to let you explore UnoPim's product information management capabilities before installing or purchasing services.

2. Acceptable use

• You will not upload, store, or process real or sensitive personal data, payment data, or confidential business data in the demo. Treat any data you enter as public.
• You will not attempt to attack, reverse-engineer the demo platform, escape the container, or use it for stress testing, crawling, scraping, or automated abuse.
• You will not use the demo to host content (illegal, infringing, harmful, malware, phishing).
• You will not bypass the email-verification gate or rate limits.
• You will not impersonate another person or use disposable / role / shared email addresses to obtain demos.

3. The demo is provided "as is"

The demo is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. Webkul does not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or version availability. Containers are wiped at the end of each session.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webkul is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this demo, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

5. Intellectual property

UnoPim is open-source software. The demo platform, branding ("UnoPim", "Webkul"), and any proprietary integrations remain the property of Webkul Software Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate, throttle, or block your access at any time without notice if we detect abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. The demo container is automatically terminated 60 minutes after launch.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under your local law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version is shown above. The version active at the time of your consent is recorded in our consent log.
